Job Description: As a Project Manage, you will be at the forefront of our operations, overseeing and coordinating structural steel projects from inception to completion. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resource Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure all project components align with project goals.
• Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage financial aspects of projects to maximize profitability.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive problem-solving to avoid delays and disruptions.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of workmanship, materials, and safety measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Timeline Management: Maintain project schedules, track progress, and adjust plans as necessary to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Document Management: Ensure accurate and complete project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
• Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce safety protocols and standards, fostering a culture of safety among project teams.
• Client Satisfaction: Strive to exceed client expectations by delivering exceptional service and addressing client concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the structural steel industry.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication, erection processes, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
